Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for radio communications.

• Utilize modern protocols and technologies, such as SIP and 3GPP.

• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to create high-performance, scalable, and resilient systems.

• Partner with clients and customers to innovate solutions for the future.

• Understand existing solutions and work towards minimum viable products (MVPs).

• Continuously investigate and implement new technologies to enhance our communication capabilities.

• Engage in end-to-end system design, encompassing architecture through to deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience with digital radio systems.

• Proficient programming skills in C#.

• Familiarity with .NET Core and experience in DevOps practices.

• A strong passion for developing resilient, real-world software that serves communities.

• Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and share knowledge.

• Experience with multithreaded applications.

• Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD).

• Proficiency in source control systems, particularly Git.

• Strong communication abilities, both within the team and externally.

• Familiarity with behavior-driven development (BDD).

• Experience with distributed services.

• Knowledge of TeamCity (CICD) or similar tools.
