Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Develop the AI roadmap and the overarching system architecture (cloud-native, secure, scalable).

• Spearhead research and development on emerging technologies to sustain our competitive advantage.

• Direct the engineering and AI/ML teams in constructing, deploying, and overseeing resilient models and data pipelines.

• Apply best practices in MLOps and CI/CD for swift, dependable delivery.

• Coach a high-performing group of engineers and data scientists.

• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, product management, and executive leadership.

• Incorporate security, privacy, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA) into every aspect of the platform.

• Advocate for ethical AI practices and mitigate related risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A demonstrated history of architecting and delivering AI-driven solutions in a cloud-native setting (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Profound knowledge of the ML lifecycle, encompassing model development (Python, etc.), MLOps, and performance assessment.

• Strategic leadership experience, with the capability to mentor engineers, delineate a technical roadmap, and collaborate with C-level executives.

• A solid understanding of data governance, security principles, and compliance standards such as GDPR or HIPAA.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, excelling in a fast-paced environment and motivated to create impactful solutions.
