Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the ongoing maintenance, scalability, and reliability of our self-hosted n8n enterprise automation engine.

• Develop custom node code and create advanced webhooks to enhance platform functionality.

• Architect robust, asynchronous, and non-blocking workflows.

• Manage production-grade infrastructure while collaborating closely with core platform infrastructure teams.

• Connect the technical execution with overarching operational strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive professional software engineering experience at a senior level in high-scale, high-visibility environments.

• In-depth expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Strong skills in Python.

• Demonstrated experience in developing modern applications, particularly focusing on backend system integration.

• Solid understanding of data structures, distributed systems architecture, and secure API management.

• Practical experience in engineering asynchronous workflows, rate-limiting, and payload queue management under significant concurrent load.

• High proficiency in daily technical communication, stakeholder alignment, and documentation in English.
