Software Engineer

📋 Description

• In this position, you will be tasked with developing APIs that deliver critical functionality to support our customers in expanding their businesses and will serve as the foundation of Enfuce's service offerings for the foreseeable future as we advance our next-generation cloud-native modular API.

• As a member of the Processing team, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and managing Enfuce’s state-of-the-art card processing platform.

• You will collaborate closely with highly experienced engineers and product specialists to create resilient and scalable systems capable of processing millions of daily transactions with minimal latency.

• Your responsibilities will include developing new processing capabilities, integrating with financial networks, and ensuring adherence to payment schemes and security standards.

• You will have a significant influence on shaping the technical direction, enhancing reliability, performance, and evolving the platform to address future product and regulatory requirements.

• Collectively, we take pride in simplifying our customers' experiences by providing clear guidance and ensuring the success of our processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a high level of expertise in building robust and scalable Java services.

• You have practical experience in designing, developing, and operating applications within AWS.

• You have created high-performance applications utilizing the Spring framework.

• SQL experience is preferred, ideally with Oracle, Aurora, or Postgres databases.

• You have a growth mindset, a curiosity to learn about card issuing and the payments industry, and you thrive on challenging your technical abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, along with strong collaboration abilities.

• Bonus points if you have experience in the payments industry.

• Familiarity with OpenAPI documentation standards.

• Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) using jUnit.

• Experience in building AWS cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK.

• Experience using Generative AI or AI agents (e.g., for coding assistance, testing, or automation).
