This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Resolve moderately complex bugs in familiar code and address basic issues in unfamiliar code.
• Independently create new functionalities with architectural guidance when necessary.
• Develop applications using .NET and C#, adhering to SOLID principles, design patterns, and dependency injection.
• Write dependable unit tests and contribute to maintaining high engineering quality standards.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance efficiency while critically evaluating code for quality, security, and correctness.
• Collaborate with testers and DevOps, participate in sprint planning, and assist in identifying root causes of support issues.
• Mentor junior developers and uphold high coding standards across the team.
• Gain expertise in the Pharmaceutical TMF domain and apply that knowledge to create effective solutions for clients.
• Over 3 years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft .NET / C#.
• Experience with unit testing, dependency injection, and RESTful web services.
• Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, or MySQL.
• Exposure to web UI development frameworks like React, Angular, or jQuery.
• Confidence in using AI-assisted coding tools while maintaining a critical perspective on output quality and security.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Preferred knowledge of GCP and/or TMF is advantageous, though not essential.
• Access to the Lublin office if you prefer to work from there.
