Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement technical tasks related to application design and development.

• Create and sustain Application Program Interfaces (APIs) for USCG information systems.

• Tailor CG-OWL User Interfaces specifically for USCG requirements.

• Collect user feedback and prioritize features for the product roadmap.

• Perform Operational and User Acceptance Testing.

• Present monthly performance metrics to USCG.

• Resolve issues in the MLMS system or inform third parties as necessary.

• Revise Sys/App Admin process documentation.

• Support training course owners with the uploading of course materials.

• Deliver Tier 3 support for escalated issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• Minimum of five years of pertinent experience.

• Hold an IAT Level II certification.

• Familiarity with AWS, Linux, Python, PHP, and MongoDB.
