This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications utilizing .NET, Angular, APIs, and microservices within a cloud-native Azure environment.
• Lead technical design and architecture evaluations, along with engineering initiatives aimed at enhancing reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence across the platform.
• Work closely with product managers, architects, Distinguished Engineers, and Agile teams to deliver essential business solutions and ensure technical decisions align with strategic goals.
• Promote engineering quality through code reviews, mentorship, best practices, incident retrospectives, and initiatives focused on continuous improvement.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code, to expedite development processes, enhance documentation, and improve code quality while keeping abreast of emerging technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Over 5 years of professional software development experience, demonstrating strong proficiency in .NET (C#/ASP.NET Core), Angular, API development, and contemporary software architecture.
• Proven track record of leading technical design decisions and developing cloud-native, microservices-based applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and/or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Solid background in infrastructure as code, GitOps, platform modernization efforts, and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, mentorship, and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred 7+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years of deploying and maintaining applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, AI/ML integrations, observability platforms, distributed tracing, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
• Experience with Azure Service Bus, SQL Server and/or MongoDB, Dynatrace, Terraform, ARM templates, and CI/CD platforms like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools, specifically Claude Code.
• Background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain technology.
• Relevant Azure certifications such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect.
• This position is eligible for a bonus based on a combination of personal and business performance.
