Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Design and implement classes and methods for a document IDE using C#.

• Redesign existing code.

• Understand user needs through interviews.

• Propose and implement innovative and feasible features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of development experience with C#.

• Experience in team development and code reviews using GitHub.

• Understanding of CI/CD concepts.

• Ability to create a psychologically safe working environment.

• Strong communication skills to convey ideas succinctly.

• Understanding of diversity.

• Fluent in coding with C# (minimum 2 years of corporate experience).

• Proficient in English communication.

• Experience in developing user-facing products.

• A belief in the importance of writing clean and efficient code.

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.

• Interest in developing innovative document editors.

• Previous work experience in a startup (Nice-to-have).

• Fluent in Korean communication (Nice-to-have).
