Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and implement advanced systems that manage everything from alarm correlation to automated remediation.

• Develop pipelines for real-time structured data using Apache Flink or Spark Streaming.

• Work alongside Network Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to pinpoint AI opportunities for reducing alarm fatigue and conducting root cause analysis.

• Execute large-scale telemetry processing utilizing Pyspark and Databricks.

• Launch and oversee models in production with SageMaker, ensuring reliability for global operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in software or data engineering.

• Strong expertise in Pyspark, Apache Flink, and Databricks.

• Practical experience with Amazon SageMaker for training and deploying models.

• In-depth knowledge of the Grafana Stack (Grafana, Prometheus, Alloy).

• Proficient in Python at an expert level.

• Familiarity with network protocols (SNMP, Syslog, gNMI/gRPC).
