Software Engineer, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Utilize AI-driven development tools, such as Claude Code, to enhance implementation while ensuring accuracy, security, and performance.

• Create and develop server-side APIs that authenticate users, manage backups, facilitate large-scale data operations, and prepare restored data for customers worldwide.

• Work collaboratively with Product, QA, and Support teams to make certain that backend features align with real customer workflows and usage patterns.

• Develop and maintain support tools to assist in diagnosing and resolving customer issues at scale.

• Ensure that all code and open-source assets adhere to high standards regarding testing, documentation, reproducibility, and developer usability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of backend software engineering experience, preferably with systems that cater to millions of users across diverse platforms.

• Expertise in one or more backend programming languages (Java, Python, TypeScript, or similar); comfortable learning new languages as necessary.

• Solid understanding of AI workflows — including data ingestion, preprocessing, inference, and agent-based orchestration.

• Experience in building or working with large-scale APIs and distributed storage or data systems.

• Production-quality coding practices: thorough testing, clear documentation, and a strong focus on security and performance.

• A customer-centric approach — you consider both the developer and end-user experience in everything you create.

• Excellent written communication skills; capable of clearly articulating technical decisions to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

• Positive attitude, strong cross-functional collaboration abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment with changing requirements.
