Software Engineer, Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance full-stack systems that enable AI agents from initial concept to final deployment.

• Investigate and assess innovative methods for agent orchestration, prompting strategies, and model alignment.

• Work collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance user experience and usability for non-technical users.

• Document findings, share insights, and contribute to the advancement of internal best practices.

• Engage in peer reviews, brainstorming sessions, and in-depth technical discussions with the global team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a product-focused software engineering position.

• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, NextJS, and NodeJS.

• Proven experience in fast-paced environments with a history of quick learning and iteration.

• Passion for research, technical writing, or contributing to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Bonus: familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering, or AI infrastructure.
