This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Create and implement dependable, high-quality product experiences that have a direct effect on growth and patient outcomes.
• Take full ownership of features from inception to completion, collaborating closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and other engineering teams to conduct experiments, release enhancements, and iterate based on actual data.
• Develop systems for scalability by focusing on performance, accuracy, and resilience as the organization expands.
• Over 3 years of experience in building, deploying, and sustaining production-ready software systems.
• Strong foundational engineering skills, including proficiency in API design, data modeling, and writing clean, efficient code.
• Demonstrated full-stack or specialized capability in crafting user-facing product experiences (frontend frameworks, state management) OR robust backend services that support user interactions.
• Proven experience in end-to-end feature ownership with an ability to assess technical trade-offs, identify risks early, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) into your coding routine, along with a clear understanding of their advantages and limitations.
