This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Leading, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team of software engineers.

• Supervising the design, development, and execution of software solutions.

• Prioritizing development tasks and removing obstacles for developers to ensure timely project delivery.

• Overseeing multiple projects at once, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to establish project requirements and scope.

• Creating and maintaining project timelines to guarantee timely delivery of software projects.

• Assessing and recommending software development tools and methodologies.

• Identifying potential risks and issues in software development projects and implementing mitigation strategies.

• Monitoring team performance and recognizing areas for enhancement.

• Holding the team accountable for project deliverables and making sure they comply with coding standards.

• Conducting root cause analyses of technical issues and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.

• Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

• Communicating progress, status updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in software development, including more than 2 years in a management or leadership role.

• Proven experience managing high-performance teams and achieving results.

• Strong technical expertise in software development, specifically in Python, React, and both Relational & NoSQL Databases.

• Experience with large-scale system design and big data systems.

• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
