Software Development Engineer – Test

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Developing detailed testing strategies based on design specifications and code modifications.

• Conducting tests across an extensive distributed testing network.

• Validating the server using white-box, black-box, functional, and stress testing methodologies.

• Diagnosing and analyzing the root causes of technical challenges and performance issues.

• Establishing a test bed environment for regression and performance testing.

• Sustaining, improving, and creating testing tools and automation frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 1 year of experience in building automation frameworks along with proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Perl).

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Have a solid understanding of Data Structures, Computer Networks, Operating System concepts, and internet technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.

• Demonstrate practical experience working in Unix/Linux environments.

• Have a basic familiarity with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins.

• Show a passion for addressing challenges in large-scale distributed systems and possess strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
