Software Development Engineer, SDE-2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and create applications

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to outline, design, and launch new features

• Conduct unit testing on code for robustness, covering edge cases, usability, and overall reliability

• Continually research, assess, and apply new technologies to enhance development efficiency

• Produce clean, maintainable code while swiftly iterating and deploying

• Engage in all stages of development, from design and implementation to unit testing and release

• Mentor and lead the team

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience

• Proficient in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Kafka, Elastic Search, RabbitMQ, and Cassandra

• Familiarity with Linux, Haproxy, Nginx, Jenkins, Docker, and Kong

• Experience in team management and mentorship

• A strong foundation in computer science, with significant skills in data structures, algorithms, and software design

• A passion for tackling complex and intriguing problems

• Excellent coding capabilities

• Competence in writing unit and integration tests with adequate coverage of code and interfaces

• Experience in developing highly scalable business applications

• Knowledge of multi-threading and concurrent programming
