Software Development Engineer III, Courses

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Accountable for developing scalable backend services related to memberships and courses.

• Leading the design, development, and management of APIs and services.

• Creating and customizing various components and web applications using Vue.js.

• Collaborating with a talented team of developers, designers, and QA testers.

• Reviewing and writing clean, tested, and maintainable code for services that scale to impact thousands of users daily.

• Troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining the core product software and databases to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of substantial experience in full-stack engineering with Node.js and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js (preferred), React.js, or Angular.

• Skilled in building scalable applications and comfortable understanding the software flow.

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, or Firestore, and using them to create backend services.

• Capable of designing and building web services, as well as integrating with third parties through APIs.

• Proficient in code versioning tools such as Git or SVN.

• Familiarity with GCP technologies.

• Experience with Stripe integrations.

• Background in building media streaming applications.
