Software Development Engineer II – Nodejs Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and implement high-volume, low-latency applications for critical systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Develop intricate, high-performance backend services utilizing NodeJS.

• Prepare technical specifications and documentation.

• Troubleshoot production issues and assist in maintaining the existing codebase.

• Engage in on-call rotations.

• Collaborate with the Bots & Automation team to develop the next-generation bot runtime platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in creating successful production software systems.

• Proficient programming skills in NodeJS/Typescript with a solid understanding of Websockets and data streaming services.

• Experience with Java.

• Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs.

• Skilled in debugging and testing distributed microservice applications.

• Knowledge of technologies such as SocketIO, Kafka, Redis, and RabbitMQ.

• Experience in developing RESTful microservices.

• Acquainted with basic DevOps tasks for deploying applications in development and testing environments.

• Proficient in using Git, Jenkins, and other development tools.

• Experience with Kubernetes is a bonus.
