Software Development Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Design and implement mobile-web client applications in line with study specifications.

• Connect clinical research data acquisition applications with specific backend databases for projects.

• Act as a software development team member in cross-functional project groups, collaborating with Project Managers, Clinical Study Design, Software QA, and Data Delivery professionals.

• Assist in the development of specifications, planning, and scheduling of deployment processes.

• Complete software development tasks promptly throughout the entire development lifecycle.

• Enhance and refine standard libraries while contributing to semi-custom solutions for particular clients.

• Follow Clario’s Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to regulated development standards.

• Oversee the development lifecycle of applications used for collecting clinical trial data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in full-stack enterprise web application development.

• Proficient in JavaScript and contemporary web technologies.

• Familiarity with asynchronous calls, CSS, XML, JSON, HTML5, and SQL.

• Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages.

• Comprehensive software development experience from concept through to delivery.

• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams.

• Proficient with source control systems.

• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and produce high-quality applications.

• Strong learning agility and capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

• Keen interest in leveraging new technologies in the clinical trials domain.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
