Software Development Analyst – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain backend solutions using Java, ensuring optimal quality and performance of applications.

• Contribute to the design and maintenance of software architecture.

• Apply development best practices and adhere to industry-standard patterns.

• Guarantee code quality through reviews and automated testing processes.

• Collaborate with various departments to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.

• Conduct reverse engineering of legacy systems to create new systems.

• Monitor and enhance application performance.

• Engage in strategic decision-making concerning software development.

• Maintain proper technical documentation for developed solutions.

• Guide junior and mid-level developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in backend development utilizing Java.

• Proficient in developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.

• Understanding of both relational and non-relational databases.

• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD methodologies.

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes technologies.

• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.

• Background in agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

• Preferred: Familiarity with application monitoring tools such as Datadog or Dynatrace, as well as Splunk or Grafana.

• Relevant technical certifications in areas such as AWS and Kubernetes.

• Experience in technology innovation projects and digital transformation initiatives.
