Software Developer Specialist – .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a technical authority, establishing scalable, resilient, and sustainable architectures;

• Make intricate technical decisions, weighing the trade-offs among performance, cost, and scalability;

• Assume complete ownership of critical, high-traffic systems;

• Offer technical assistance to fellow developers, fostering best practices and maintaining code quality;

• Guarantee the ongoing advancement of the architecture, observability, and reliability of systems;

• Aid in establishing standards, guidelines, and the technical direction for the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in backend development using .NET and C#;

• Proficient with both relational and non-relational databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Sybase, and MongoDB;

• Experience in data modeling and optimizing queries;

• Familiarity with Entity Framework and Dapper;

• Knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ and/or Kafka) and event-driven architecture;

• Skilled in developing RESTful APIs and integrating services;

• Experience with microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes;

• Background in high-volume, mission-critical systems;

• Understanding of security practices, including authentication and authorization;

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog);

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban);

• Regular engagement with AI-assisted development tools in daily tasks (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar);

• Strong expertise in automated testing;

• Capability to comprehend the customer’s vision.
