📋 Description

• Independent development of features from initial concept to completed product: You will receive objectives, such as "We need a dashboard for the Sales team," and will be responsible for delivering the entire solution—database, business logic, and user interface. Your proactive thinking, ability to ask the right questions, and capability to bring features to life from start to finish are essential.

• AI-assisted software development as a standard practice: AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot are integral to our daily development processes. You will utilize these tools regularly to enhance your development speed, efficiency, and quality.

• Continuous improvement and optimization of existing software: Your role involves not only creating new features but also understanding the existing codebase, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and strategically advancing current systems.

• Integration of external systems and APIs: Many of our features necessitate connecting with third-party services—such as email, calendar, telephony, or payment providers. You will design and implement these integrations to ensure they function reliably and remain maintainable.

• Thoughtful design of database structures: You will grasp how business processes translate into clean data models and create database architectures that are effective today while being scalable for future requirements.

• Commitment to writing clean, secure, and maintainable code: Quality is paramount. You will produce code that remains understandable and extensible over time, avoiding technical debt.

• Autonomous work with genuine ownership: We set clear goals rather than provide detailed instructions. You will work independently, communicate proactively, and suggest improvements without waiting for guidance.

• Proven strong AI workflow: You utilize AI coding tools daily and can articulate how they enhance your development process. We seek someone who comprehends the shift in software development from mere syntax knowledge to systems thinking and intelligent AI navigation.

• Capability to understand business logic and translate it into software: When developing tools such as a CRM for sales teams, you need to grasp the reasoning behind features rather than simply how to implement them. For instance, if a sales manager requires a pipeline view, you will ask the right questions prior to starting development.

• Quick learning ability and eagerness to adapt: As tools, frameworks, and best practices evolve, we are looking for someone who can swiftly adapt to new technologies and maintains a curious mindset rather than sticking to the same methods over the years.

• Initiative and ownership attitude: You take accountability for your outcomes, think proactively, and do not wait for direction on the next steps.

• Experience with our technology stack (preferred): We utilize Next.js/React, TypeScript, and Supabase. Previous experience is advantageous but not required. A solid understanding of the underlying principles will enable you to learn new tools quickly. Familiarity with Go or Rust, used for some of our more complex microservices, is a nice bonus.

• Cloud experience (preferred): We work with various cloud platforms including Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure. A foundational understanding of cloud infrastructure is certainly beneficial.

• Relevant educational background or training (preferred): A degree or training in computer science, application development, or a related field is appreciated. However, career changers with a strong portfolio are equally encouraged to apply.
