Software Developer – Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Product development from the very beginning: You will be responsible for developing our digital products and SaaS solutions throughout their entire lifecycle — from conception and architecture to implementation and production operation.

• Full-stack development: Your role encompasses both frontend (e.g., Angular) and backend (.NET, APIs, databases) aspects, ensuring seamless interaction between all components.

• Technical co-design: You will play an active role in architecture, technology, and design decisions, contributing to the sustainability and maintainability of our platforms.

• Quality & sustainability: You prioritize clean code, testing, code reviews, and high software quality, focusing on long-term product development over short-term solutions.

• Close teamwork: You will work closely with fellow developers, product owners, and, when necessary, customers to gather requirements and transform them into functional solutions.

• Continuous improvement & scaling: You will assist in the ongoing evolution and optimization of our products, preparing them for growth and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience as a full-stack developer: You possess several years of experience in building modern web applications.

• Strong proficiency in .NET: You are adept at developing backend systems using .NET (e.g., APIs, business logic, data access) in a practical, hands-on manner.

• Strong proficiency in Angular: You are skilled at constructing structured, maintainable frontends and are well-versed in the Angular ecosystem (components, services, state management, architecture).

• Understanding of clean software architecture: You think in terms of structure, emphasizing maintainability, extensibility, and clear responsibilities within the code.

• Quality awareness: You naturally adhere to principles of clean code, reviews, testing, and a sustainable development approach.

• Cloud experience: Ideally, you possess experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.

• Language skills: You have strong written and spoken German skills.

• Team & startup mindset: You enjoy taking on responsibilities within a young, growing team and actively contributing to the company’s development.

• Willingness to travel: You are open to attending regular on-site team meetings (approximately once a month).
