Software Developer, CTO Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the CTO in managing technical aspects

• Engage with development teams to synchronize requirements

• Maintain code quality by conducting code reviews

• Plan and architect technical features

• Diagnose and resolve issues within the software platform

• Investigate new technologies and solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a natural science

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in C# development (both backend and frontend)

• Familiarity with Rust, Haskell, Go, TypeScript, or Python

• Experience in DevOps, including GitLab CI/CD pipelines, TeamCity, and build processes

• Background in AI-assisted software development

• Proficient in both German and English
