Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Puerto Rico.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the expansion and advancement of our proprietary customer-focused applications

• Design and deploy advanced technological solutions for our clients in areas such as Warehouse Management Software, Sales Force Automation, Delivery Routes, E-Commerce, RFID, Barcode, Packaging Automation, Enterprise Mobility, and RTLS

• Take a proactive role in the forefront of emerging technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline

• At least three years of experience in a similar role

• Development of software utilizing the following programming languages: Framework .NET (C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, .NET Core), HTML & HTML5, Java, and SQL Server

• Familiarity with the creation and communication of Web Services and APIs (SOAP, REST, etc.)

• Proficiency in the administration, creation, management, and development (including the creation of queries and stored procedures) in databases such as SQL Server and/or MySQL

• Knowledge of jQuery, Bootstrap libraries, and SSRS "Reporting Services"

• A comprehensive understanding of workflow and how specific projects impact the organization as a whole

• Demonstrated expertise in web application development processes, from layout/user interface to relational database structures.

• Analyze, design, and integrate our WMS or SFA application into our clients' operations.

• Conduct quality control, code reviews, and standard data validations prior to production deployment.

• Understand and adhere to SOA design patterns and possess familiarity with Agile methodologies

• Execute test plans accurately and efficiently in collaboration with business or process owners

• Capable of direct communication with peers, managers, and clients.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks promptly within clients’ timelines and budgets.
