Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Define, design, and develop new software applications in partnership with other members of the development and technical teams, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

• Convert application storyboards and use cases into fully functional applications.

• Implement Test-Driven and Security-Driven Development methodologies.

• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.

• Analyze call stacks, trace files, debug logs, or performance data to diagnose and resolve bugs.

• Engage in the development of prototypes, minimum viable products, and proofs of concept (PoCs).

• Assist in maintaining code quality, organization, and automation processes.

• Carry out maintenance programming for existing applications.

• Evaluate functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation timelines, and system architecture for each project.

• Provide design documentation to facilitate efficient maintenance and code reuse.

• Offer recommendations to enhance the overall development process.

• Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Linux, C#, and .Net, emphasizing object-oriented design, unit testing, optimization, and multithreaded programming.

• Proficient in Python, TypeScript, ES6, .Net Core, and cloud technologies such as Google Compute Engine and Google BigQuery.

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms including GCP, AWS, and/or Azure.

• Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the technical ability to utilize Google Suite for business purposes.

• Highly organized, capable of working under pressure and managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong analytical abilities and a team-oriented mindset, with the capacity to engage with all levels of the organization.
