This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Design system architecture, encompassing functional and interface design, to ensure seamless integration with external systems.
• Take charge of technical direction as Software Architect and Development Lead, facilitating task coordination and distribution among the team.
• Supervise and mentor a distributed development team, promoting productivity and technical advancement.
• Engage in technical and business requirements analysis, converting needs into scalable solutions.
• Create and uphold backend services and frontend components in accordance with established coding standards and guidelines.
• Perform code reviews to guarantee high-quality, maintainable, and secure code that meets client expectations.
• Manage implementation guidelines and ensure uniformity across the codebase.
• Serve as a technical advisor to the client within an Agile Scrum framework.
• Participate in client workshops, Scrum ceremonies, and regular project meetings.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including conducting technical interviews.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance across microservices architecture and cloud environments.
• Demonstrated experience in a Software Architect, Tech Lead, or Senior Developer position with leadership responsibilities.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures and RESTful APIs (OpenAPI standards).
• Strong backend proficiency in Java (Quarkus preferred) and event-driven systems (Kafka).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production settings.
• Practical experience with AWS services (e.g., Secrets Manager, ECR, S3, PostgreSQL, CloudWatch).
• Solid understanding of infrastructure as code and deployment tools (Terraform, Helm Charts, ArgoCD).
• Frontend development experience using Angular and TypeScript, including state management and service architecture.
• Experience with design systems (ideally enterprise-level).
• Robust understanding of test automation tools and practices (Playwright, Cucumber, Jira/XRay).
• Experience establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions, Docker, and container-based deployments.
• Proficient with contemporary development tools and package managers (npm, Maven).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with direct client engagement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
