Software Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• The objective is to provide cross-functional technical support to the backend area, serving as an architectural and development reference for various teams.

• Offer technical advice to different teams in the area, contributing architectural vision and best practices.

• Actively collaborate within existing teams, integrating seamlessly to provide timely support during high-demand periods (specific deliveries, quarterly peaks, etc.).

• Participate in the initiation of new projects, defining the technical architecture and key decisions.

• Drive innovation initiatives, proof of concepts, and technical validations before final production deployment.

• This is a highly dynamic role aimed at technically solid profiles, with an interest in development and the ability to adapt to various contexts and challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience.

• Proven experience with Kafka.

• Experience developing with Java from version 11-17 and beyond.

• Experience with the Spring framework and its modules.

• High-level experience working with both relational and non-relational databases (scalar functions, query optimization).

• Experience or knowledge of hexagonal architecture and microservices.

• Experience in continuous integration.

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana.

• Experience in unit and integration testing.

• Good practices: Solid principles and Clean Code.

• Experience with OpenAPI/API First.

• Profiles familiar with AI tools as support for development.
