• Enhance system observability, telemetry, and operational intelligence.
• Enable scalable operational dashboards and workflow orchestration.
• Define reusable integration patterns and interface standards.
• Support integrations with ERP, Flight Ops, eTL, suppliers, and third-party ecosystems.
• Assist in establishing a scalable integration catalog and platform model.
• Elevate delivery maturity — CI/CD, automated testing, deployment consistency, resilience.
• Minimize architectural complexity and fragmentation.
• Ensure solutions adhere to aviation operational reliability expectations.
• Support requirements for auditability, security posture, resilience, and governance.
• Contribute to initiatives for enterprise readiness and operational compliance.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and evolving enterprise software platforms.
• Demonstrable background in incrementally modernizing legacy systems — you can discuss a real migration you led.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, APIs, integration architecture, and cloud platforms.
• Comfortable working in regulated or operationally sensitive environments.
• Pragmatic and outcome-driven — capable of balancing strategic direction with delivery realities.
• Effective communication with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant technical depth includes:
• - API architecture, event-driven systems, cloud-native platforms, CI/CD and DevOps practices, telemetry and monitoring, security and governance patterns.
