Software Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee initiatives to perform operational assessments and review business processes.

• Offer customized suggestions for software solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

• Drive initiatives for business process reengineering.

• Create, develop, and implement training programs for new software rollouts.

• Define, manage, and lead User Acceptance Testing procedures.

• Serve as a communication bridge between technical teams and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in one of the following fields: Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD- Computer Aided Dispatch, Record Management Systems, and Jail Applications.

• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

• Capability to secure background clearance as mandated by government clients.
