Sociology Adjunct Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Instruct Sociology courses for students.

• Develop course materials and assignments.

• Assess student performance and offer constructive feedback.

• Work collaboratively with faculty and staff to enhance course offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree or higher in the discipline, or a graduate degree accompanied by 18 semester credits in sociology.

• A minimum of two years of experience in the sociology field.

• At least one year of experience in teaching Sociology.

• Strong communication skills, particularly in writing, to effectively convey information while maintaining a positive and encouraging tone.

• Capability to swiftly learn new technologies for onboarding and ongoing updates.

• Must have a private office space at home or elsewhere to ensure confidentiality.
