Social Worker – PRN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a small interdisciplinary team consisting of a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator to provide services to the senior population.

• Step in via telehealth as necessary when the full-time therapist is on PTO.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic methods and collaborate with your team to create, customize, and revise treatment plans.

• Ensure compliant documentation according to Medicare guidelines within a specified time-frame.

• Our primary emphasis is on group therapy, but we also offer: Individual sessions, Family therapy (as required), and other assigned duties.

• A valid license in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state; acceptable licenses may include LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.
