This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Offering professional oversight and developmental assistance, including guidance and advice to foster families while collaborating with other professionals when necessary.
β’ Conducting intricate assessments of prospective foster parents and making suitable recommendations.
β’ Assisting fostering families in caring for children and young people who have faced trauma.
β’ Performing fostering reviews, generating high-quality analytical reports, and presenting findings to the Panel when required.
β’ Ensuring compliance with all regulatory body standards.
β’ Demonstrating a passion for learning and professional growth.
β’ Contributing to an out-of-hours foster service, which will be managed on a rotational basis.
β’ A qualification in Social Work.
β’ Registration with Social Worker England.
β’ Capability to prioritize and manage your workload to meet deadlines in accordance with regulatory standards.
β’ A strong commitment to placing the child at the center of all decisions.
β’ A dedicated approach to working within our therapeutic framework to meet the needs of children.
β’ Proficiency in utilizing IT, including participation in virtual meetings and webinars.
β’ Previous experience in fostering is preferable.
β’ Access to a reliable means of transportation to fulfill the role's responsibilities, including travel across the region.
