Social Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Offering professional oversight and developmental assistance, including guidance and advice to foster families while collaborating with other professionals when necessary.

• Conducting intricate assessments of prospective foster parents and making suitable recommendations.

• Assisting fostering families in caring for children and young people who have faced trauma.

• Performing fostering reviews, generating high-quality analytical reports, and presenting findings to the Panel when required.

• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory body standards.

• Demonstrating a passion for learning and professional growth.

• Contributing to an out-of-hours foster service, which will be managed on a rotational basis.

• A qualification in Social Work.

• Registration with Social Worker England.

• Capability to prioritize and manage your workload to meet deadlines in accordance with regulatory standards.

• A strong commitment to placing the child at the center of all decisions.

• A dedicated approach to working within our therapeutic framework to meet the needs of children.

• Proficiency in utilizing IT, including participation in virtual meetings and webinars.

• Previous experience in fostering is preferable.

• Access to a reliable means of transportation to fulfill the role's responsibilities, including travel across the region.
