This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop diagnoses related to patients' substance use challenges.
• Deliver exceptional clinical care using evidence-based treatment approaches, including CBT, DBT, CM, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Treatment.
• Create personalized treatment plans collaboratively with each patient and monitor their progress.
• Document notes and all pertinent information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Collaborate and communicate with other members of the patient's care team to ensure effective care coordination.
• A Master's Degree in social work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must hold unrestricted licensure for independent clinical practice.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience, including at least 1 year working with patients aiming to alter their relationship with alcohol or other substances.
• Required training, certification, and/or experience in CBT, DBT, CM, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed treatment.
• Must understand and support the harm-reduction model for treating Substance Use Disorders (SUD).
• Strong clinical abilities coupled with a capacity for empathy.
• A reliable internet connection and a computer equipped with video capabilities are essential.
