This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
β’ Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations and develop diagnoses related to patients' substance use-specific challenges.
β’ Deliver exceptional clinical care by employing evidence-based treatment approaches (CBT, DBT, CM, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Treatment).
β’ Create personalized treatment plans collaboratively with each patient and monitor their progress.
β’ Document notes and all pertinent information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
β’ Collaborate and communicate with other members of the patient's care team to ensure effective coordination of care.
β’ A Master's Degree in social work from an accredited institution is required.
β’ Must have unrestricted licensure for independent clinical practice.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience, with at least 1 year working with patients aiming to alter their relationship with alcohol or another substance.
β’ Training, certification, and/or experience in CBT, DBT, CM, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed treatment is essential.
β’ Must understand and advocate for the harm-reduction model in treating Substance Use Disorders (SUD).
β’ Strong clinical skills coupled with the ability to demonstrate empathy are necessary.
β’ A reliable internet connection and a computer with video capabilities are required.
β’ Candidates must reside in the United States.
