This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Oversee instructional programs for students in grades 9–12 in a virtual setting.
• Ensure timely completion of grading, progress reports, and parent conferences.
• Enhance the instructional program through both asynchronous web conferencing and synchronous teaching.
• Analyze curriculum and implement alternative methods for lesson delivery to improve student comprehension.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, students, and fellow educators.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the K-12 curriculum across the entire program.
• Assist students and parents with alternative strategies and provide additional support for daily tasks and projects.
• Engage in student recruiting initiatives and other marketing activities that require teacher involvement.
• Must be highly qualified and certified to teach high school Social Studies in Nevada.
• Strong proficiency in technology, particularly with Microsoft OS and MS Office applications.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• High level of adaptability.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated history of being a collaborative team member.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for marketing and state testing activities (which may involve some overnight stays).
• Capability to work remotely if required.
• Availability to work some evenings as needed to support families.
• Must possess a personal electronic device and an email address for two-step authentication.
