This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assist in establishing one of the most dynamic furniture brands within the German-speaking market.

• Your responsibility will include investigating how individuals currently discover furniture, seek inspiration, and ultimately make purchases through platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.

• Together with our team, you will devise innovative digital selling strategies, test concepts, analyze outcomes, and solidify Social Selling as a genuine sales avenue.

• In this position, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Content Creators, and Executive Management.

• Formulate and execute social selling strategies for our brands and product assortments.

• Identify products and themes that possess significant social commerce potential.

• Create novel sales strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

• Establish a data-driven test-and-learn framework.

• Prepare briefings for both internal and external content creators.

• Oversee and prioritize content projects.

• Analyze which content effectively generates leads, consultation appointments, and sales.

• Plan, create, and optimize campaigns within Meta Business Suite.

• Conduct A/B testing.

• Execute audience analysis and further enhance campaigns.

• Manage advertising budgets based on data insights and results.

• Analyze campaign performance, sales, and customer data.

• Derive actionable steps from the insights gained.

• Regularly assess successes and setbacks.

• Utilize advanced AI tools to aid in content creation, analysis, and campaign management.

• Identify processes that can be automated.

• Continuously keep an eye on new technologies and trends.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, e-commerce, social commerce, performance marketing, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of digital sales processes.

• Proficient in using social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.

• Experience with Meta Business Suite and managing digital advertising campaigns.

• Analytical comprehension of metrics and their interrelations.

• Strong inclination towards digital tools and artificial intelligence.
