This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Manage the complete production process for all video projects, encompassing concept development, scripting, editing, and final delivery.
• Establish project milestones, set deadlines, and ensure creative teams are accountable to deliver projects within the specified timeline.
• Collaborate with videographers, editors, and scriptwriters to effectively balance workloads and enhance team capacity.
• Serve as the final authority on content quality. Review and approve social media posts for accuracy in copy, appropriate tagging, formatting, video rendering, and alignment with brand standards prior to publication.
• Ensure the team adheres to scheduled posting frequencies without any interruptions.
• Consistently gather and analyze data from YouTube Studio, tracking metrics such as Watch Time, Retention Rate, Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Audience Demographics.
• Prepare and conduct monthly or quarterly client meetings to present thorough social media analytics, video performance summaries, and the overall health of projects.
• Convert data insights into actionable strategies to enhance future video and content initiatives based on client feedback and objectives.
• Act as a reliable and professional point of contact for clients regarding their video and organic social media deliverables.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in project management, account management, or social media coordination, with agency experience being a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in managing video production workflows or collaborating closely with creative teams.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their built-in analytics tools.
• Exceptional Organization: You thrive in project management tools and appreciate a well-structured timeline.
• Keen Eye for Detail: You can easily identify typos, formatting errors, and off-brand visuals from a distance.
• Effective Communication: Confident and adept at leading presentations and performance discussions with external clients. Highly responsive and urgent in interactions with both clients and internal teams.
• Preferred Tools & Software: Asana, HubSpot, ClustDoc, Hootsuite, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Gemini, Claude, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn.
