Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a thorough organic social media strategy that aligns with broader marketing and business goals.

• Lead the development and curation of compelling, high-quality content for various social media platforms.

• Take ownership of the strategy and assist in the production of short-form video content.

• Collaborate closely with the Brand Communications Marketing Manager.

• Monitor social media channels to identify engagement opportunities.

• Track, analyze, and report on metrics related to social media performance.

• Oversee the work of a cross-functional team to effectively implement social media strategies.

• Act as the brand’s representative on social media.

• Participate in the Crisis Communications Team (CCT).

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and management tools (Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, accompanied by a sharp attention to detail.

• Strong visual and creative aptitude, with proficiency in graphic design tools (such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (OpusClip, After Effects).

• Familiarity with AI tools (like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and their use in social media content ideation, creation, and optimization.

• Experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, LinkedIn Insights) to measure success and inform data-driven decisions.

• Proven track record of leading teams, managing multiple projects, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
