📋 Description

• Edit over 10 publish-ready short-form videos weekly across various practice brands.

• Create compelling hooks, clear captions, precise pacing, and engaging sound design that capture attention and encourage bookings.

• Carefully edit before-and-after content, ensuring tasteful framing, patient consent, and platform compliance to guarantee the work meets Meta and TikTok review standards.

• Maintain brand consistency across diverse practice style systems, including fonts, colors, and tones of voice.

• Transform long-form footage such as consultations, webinars, and podcasts into collections of short clips.

• Utilize AI tools to reduce turnaround time while ensuring high-quality and original output.

• Collaborate asynchronously with our social, content, and design teams, interpreting briefs and revision notes with minimal oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio of short-form work that demonstrates your ability to create engaging hooks, pacing, and captions.

• Genuine speed in your work output; you can discuss your weekly production volume, not just individual standout videos.

• Daily, proficient use of AI video tools as an integral part of your workflow, rather than as a novelty.

• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to overlap with US working hours when necessary.

• Self-motivated; you work effectively from a brief and brand kit, identify issues early, and meet deadlines.

• Bonus points for:

• Experience in editing aesthetics, plastic surgery, medical, beauty, or wellness content.

• A background in editing for multiple brands or within an agency, where consistency across accounts is crucial.

• Skills in motion graphics using After Effects for surgeon explainers, lower-thirds, and treatment animations.

• Proficiency in color grading, with a focus on achieving natural and flattering skin tones.

• A strong sense of current TikTok and Reels formats, trends, and audio.
