Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee social media accounts for various brands within the Mas Alto Capital portfolio.

• Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

• Craft engaging captions and tailor content to fit different brand voices and target demographics.

• Develop and uphold content calendars that align with marketing strategies and business goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to collect content, updates, project highlights, announcements, and promotional materials.

• Monitor social media interactions and assist in responding to comments, messages, and inquiries as needed.

• Analyze performance metrics and generate regular social media reports, providing insights and recommendations.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

• Assist in employer branding, marketing campaigns, property launches, company news, and special initiatives.

• Work alongside designers, marketing team members, and external partners to ensure uniform branding and messaging.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing social media for organizations, agencies, or multiple brands.

• Proficient in using Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other major social media platforms.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with social media management and scheduling tools.

• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects at once.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
