Social Media Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Implement and execute successful acquisition campaigns for your designated brands on a global scale.

• Oversee and allocate paid social media budgets across various brands and platforms, ensuring effective spending and pacing in alignment with targets.

• Partner with other marketing and product specialists to create and execute cohesive social media campaigns.

• Develop, track, analyze, and optimize performance strategies, providing both immediate and long-term recommendations for improvement.

• Organize and conduct structured A/B tests (including creative, audience, placement, and bidding) to enhance campaign performance continuously.

• Collaborate with creative/design teams to brief, review, and refine ad creatives and copy based on performance metrics.

• Regularly report on campaign performance to stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable insights.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends in Social Media Marketing, changes in platform policies, and ensure adherence to the most current and effective advertising practices.

• Guarantee that all campaigns meet platform advertising regulations and comply with relevant data/privacy laws.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Significant experience in Social Media Marketing.

• Several years of experience managing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and others.

• Proficient in Google Marketing Platform and Google Analytics.

• Skilled in using Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager.

• Experience in SEO is an advantage.

• Strong analytical abilities and experience in handling large datasets.
