This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Take ownership of the overall performance for 10–15 social media pages on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn for the maids.cc and maids.at brands.
• Build, oversee, and nurture a team of 3–4 content creators and social media coordinators, which includes recruitment, briefing, and performance evaluation.
• Create and uphold a well-organized monthly content calendar customized for each market (UAE, GCC, Philippines, and other regions).
• Develop and refine engaging hooks, formats, and creative concepts aimed at capturing attention and boosting organic reach.
• Investigate and implement changes in platform algorithms across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn to sustain and enhance distribution.
• Design and execute structured A/B content tests — assessing hooks, formats, captions, posting times, and content types — while documenting findings.
• Adapt content strategies to fit individual markets: considering tone, language, cultural nuances, and audience-specific challenges across the GCC and Philippines.
• Identify and propose opportunities for user-generated content, creator collaborations, and community engagement strategies to accelerate organic follower growth.
• Monitor, analyze, and report weekly performance metrics for each page; derive insights and translate them into actionable strategic adjustments.
• Remain informed about content trends, viral formats, and new features on each platform; be among the first to test and adopt high-potential formats.
• Collaborate with the CMO and paid media team to ensure alignment between organic and paid messaging.
• Oversee content production workflows: briefing, review cycles, approvals, and publishing across all pages.
• Demonstrated success in scaling at least one social media page from a low base to significant growth (please provide examples and metrics in your application).
• In-depth, practical understanding of how the algorithms of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn operate organically.
• Experience in leading or managing a small creative team effectively.
• Strong intuition for identifying engaging hooks — capable of assessing a piece of content's potential to attract attention within seconds.
• Proven experience in creating and managing structured content calendars across multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to provide clear creative direction, briefing, and review for videographers, designers, and writers.
• Analytical mindset — comfortable navigating analytics dashboards; able to interpret performance data and swiftly adjust strategies.
• Experience in designing content tests with defined hypotheses, variables, and measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of virality mechanics: including shareability, emotional triggers, format loops, and trend-jacking.
• Experience with content for multiple markets or languages is a significant advantage.
• Excellent written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or Tagalog is a plus.
