This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee daily content postings across various platforms utilizing tools such as Sprinklr and Sprout Social.
• Foster and maintain relationships with customers and advocates.
• Establish listening and reporting mechanisms for employee, customer, partner, and target market groups.
• Work in close collaboration with partners, sales teams, and product organizations.
• Facilitate two-way communication between customers, partners, and employees.
• Serve as a connector between the community and the product and customer service teams.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and gather insights on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• 8-11 years of experience in social media and community management.
• Proficient in platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Meta, and TikTok.
• Experience in moderating discussions and identifying opportunities within forums (e.g., Reddit, Discord).
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
• Flexible work arrangements.
