This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Content creation: You assist in the planning, development, and editing of pertinent images, videos, and written materials for distribution across our communication channels.

• Campaign management & analysis: You play an active role in organizing and executing campaigns, evaluating their performance, and collaborating with the team to introduce innovative ideas to meet our objectives.

• Graphic and video editing: You enhance images and videos to create captivating content.

• Community management: You engage proactively with our community across all social media platforms, fostering stronger connections with our end customers.

• Teamwork: You work closely with Marketing and Brand Design to advance our communication strategy and elevate the brand across various channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Studies: You are a student enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences for at least one more year (m/f/d), focusing on Communication Studies or a similar program with an emphasis on corporate communications or public relations.

• Social media experience: You are proficient with popular social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube, and possess a good awareness of digital trends.

• Creativity: You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics, generating creative ideas that you enjoy executing independently. Ideally, you have some experience with Adobe programs (Photoshop or Premiere) or other image and video editing software.

• Communication skills: You possess excellent editorial capabilities in both German and English and take pleasure in participating in content creation, whether in front of or behind the camera.

• Independence: You are reliable, organized, and capable of working independently while being open to sharing and implementing ideas within the team.

• Team spirit: You are eager to collaborate within a team and contribute fresh ideas.
