This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement dynamic social media strategies aimed at enhancing reach and engagement among target demographics (parents and teens).
• Create and execute a comprehensive annual influencer strategy.
• Oversee a multi-channel organic social content calendar (including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), fostering innovative ideas and experiments that contribute to Greenlight's growth.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external social and influencer agency partners.
• Manage social media sweepstakes and giveaways to increase channel visibility, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with the Growth team to gather content for paid social advertisements and enhance organic social media presence.
• Spot emerging social media trends to keep Greenlight at the forefront; provide strategic recommendations for compelling content ideas that promote growth.
• Oversee the user-generated content (UGC) creation initiative for both organic and paid campaigns; develop briefs for influencers/creators and approve casting and content.
• Play a role in product marketing and brand campaigns, working collaboratively with stakeholders in product marketing, CRM, brand, creative, growth, and partnerships for future launches and initiatives.
• Enhance Customer Service communications to ensure Greenlight delivers exceptional customer service across all social media platforms.
• Manage social media reporting and analytics; share insights and continually refine strategies.
• Over 7 years of experience in social media strategy, influencer programs, and digital content creation, with clear examples of programs that have successfully increased reach.
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms influencing daily publishing, along with proven expertise in executing successful organic social media and influencer initiatives.
• Skilled in producing engaging, shareable social-first content, including graphics and videos.
• Experience in managing external agencies is advantageous.
• Background with consumer tech brands and engaging with an audience of parents is a plus.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring junior team members is desirable.
