Social Media & Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, create, and publish tailored content for platforms such as Instagram (Reels/Stories), TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Develop content driven by calls to action that showcases home improvement projects, DIY tips, and relevant products.

• Maintain and manage the social media content calendar, taking a proactive approach in content planning.

• Produce or supervise the creation of short-form videos, graphics, and various multimedia content.

• Actively engage with the community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

• Keep content relevant by monitoring social trends, home improvement topics, and audience interests.

• Track performance metrics and leverage insights to enhance engagement, conversions, and lead generation.

• Collaborate with marketing and client teams to ensure social media content aligns with campaigns, promotions, and email newsletters or other marketing channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing social media work (including examples of content created, campaigns managed, or videos produced).

• C1 English proficiency in both written and spoken forms.

• Over 2 years of experience in social media management or content creation, ideally with lifestyle, home improvement, or design brands.

• Proven track record in producing high-quality short-form video content.

• Proficient in video editing, posting, and engaging with the community.

• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices for IG, TikTok, and FB (with LinkedIn knowledge being an advantage).

• Capability to customize content for each platform (for example, Reels for IG, text posts for FB).

• Experience in multi-channel marketing, including email newsletters.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns autonomously.

• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
