Social Media Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of social media engagement by monitoring Coder’s channels on a daily basis and responding to comments, mentions, and discussions.

• Create vertical video content from start to finish, producing both short-form and long-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• Implement campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams to effectively launch products, thought leadership series, customer stories, and event campaigns across social media channels.

• Repurpose and remix existing content, transforming webinars, blog posts, product demonstrations, and other materials into formats tailored for each social media platform.

• Monitor and report on performance metrics, identify trends, share insights with the team, and apply learnings to refine future content.

• Stay informed about the latest trends, algorithm updates, emerging formats, and successful strategies within developer tools and B2B technology.

• Oversee the content calendar to ensure organized production, maintain a consistent publishing schedule, and propose new ideas proactively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation for a brand, agency, or independent audience, accompanied by a portfolio that demonstrates versatility.

• Demonstrated video production expertise in short-form formats such as Reels and Shorts, as well as long-form content for YouTube.

• Familiarity with an AI-native workflow.

• Strong brand intuition shaped by exposure to companies and publishers like Anthropic, GitHub, Notion, Figma, and TechCrunch.

• Exceptional writing abilities, with a knack for adapting tone, format, and technical detail to suit different platforms.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that demands urgency, ownership, and autonomy.

• Excellent organizational skills combined with the initiative to propose ideas, experiments, and opportunities.

• Quick to grasp technical concepts and translate them into content that is precise, accessible, and engaging.
