This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify, reach out to, and cultivate relationships with influencers for product seeding initiatives.
• Provide guidance to creators regarding content direction and ensure that deliverables align with brand standards.
• Develop and sustain a roster of content creators that are aligned with the brand's vision.
• Create, validate, and set up Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads Manager accounts associated with the brand.
• Claim and enhance brand pages across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring consistent handles, bios, and visual identity.
• Produce and/or direct engaging video advertisements specifically designed for social media platforms.
• Innovate and test creative formats such as UGC-style walkthroughs, testimonials, and lifestyle content.
• Initiate, oversee, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
• Scale successful ad creatives by increasing budgets on high-performing audiences and replicating campaigns into broader lookalike segments.
• Consistently test and refine creative formats to lower cost-per-click and enhance conversion rates.
• Demonstrated experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
• Practical experience in influencer outreach and product seeding.
• A keen creative sensibility with experience in video production or direction.
• An analytical mindset — comfortable utilizing data to inform creative and budgeting choices.
• A self-motivated individual capable of establishing systems and workflows from the ground up.
• A case study is required upon selection for an interview.
