Social Media Manager, Community

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance Jerry's organic visibility across vital platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create Jerry's strategic guide for engagement within each respective community.

• Develop Jerry’s subreddits into lively, credible communities.

• Formulate a content and engagement strategy that expands while maintaining authenticity.

• Evaluate key metrics: sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably within fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-oriented and/or regulated sectors.

• A platform-savvy individual with a strong aversion to corporate jargon.

• Demonstrated ability to transform "boring" or "stressful" sectors into relatable, authentic content that engages audiences.

• A patient and inquisitive long-term strategist who prioritizes organic trust over immediate PR successes.

• Knowledge of SEO and understanding of how LLMs reference sources.
