đź“‹ Description

• Take charge of the daily management of Collective's organic social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X), which includes scheduling content, posting, and optimizing for each platform to achieve the goal of 1-2 high-quality posts daily across these channels.

• Design and implement an innovative organic content strategy that challenges creative limits, positions Collective as a thought leader in the solopreneur arena, and promotes audience growth, customer acquisition, and community development.

• Manage the social content calendar—planning content several weeks ahead to ensure a unified narrative across platforms that aligns with broader company objectives, upcoming campaigns, and significant industry dates, while remaining flexible enough to capitalize on trends, breaking news, or cultural events.

• Cultivate and sustain online communities that enhance our movement, foster brand loyalty, and convert audience members into customers.

• Uphold a consistent visual style and elevate content quality across all channels—setting a benchmark that distinguishes us in the feed.

• Monitor and interact with comments across all social networks—addressing inquiries, highlighting important discussions, and ensuring a positive and on-brand community environment.

• Identify and recruit new influencer talent that aligns with Collective's brand and target demographic, managing a roster of up to 30 influencers.

• Oversee outreach, rate negotiations, and contracts for both new and existing influencer partnerships.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new influencers and act as their main contact, ensuring they possess the creative context and brand knowledge necessary to produce excellent content.

• Offer clear creative guidance and ongoing feedback to ensure influencer content meets our quality standards and resonates with our audience.

• Provide sourced creator content and talent suggestions to the paid media team for amplification, serving as the link between the influencer program and paid channels.

• Collaborate with Collective team members, executives, and subject matter experts to assist in the creation of engaging social-first content.

• Be comfortable in front of the camera when necessary, helping to elicit authentic performances from non-professional talent.

• Work alongside members, influencers, and other experts to perpetually enhance content quality and relevance.

• Own and report on key performance indicators, including audience growth, engagement, and the influencer program's impact on the content pipeline.

• Conduct regular competitive analyses and channel audits to uncover opportunities and inform strategic adjustments.

• Leverage data insights to continually optimize content performance, experimenting with new formats and methodologies.

• Stay updated on platform algorithm shifts, content trends, and best practices in influencer marketing.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or a similar content-related role.

• Practical experience managing organic social channels with a proven record of audience growth and engagement enhancement.

• Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing influencer or creator relationships—comfortable overseeing the entire process from prospecting to posting.

• Strong creative instincts with an understanding of what drives content performance on each platform.

• Comfortable in front of the camera and capable of providing effective creative direction to others.

• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple creator relationships and content workflows concurrently.

• Excellent communicator and relationship builder—enjoyable to work with for influencers.

• Resourceful and agile; able to act swiftly without relying on a large team or budget.

• Data-driven and analytically inclined—comfortable extracting performance data across platforms, creating reports, and translating insights into clear content strategies. You not only track what occurred but also understand why it happened and what steps to take next.
